You can tell he truly cares about us. And what stands out is how knowledgeable he is while still being approachable and genuine. By that I mean, saying exactly what is going on with you, even if it is negative.  Matt keeps it real.  I read some of his posts and they just resonated with me, so I joined his group.  From there we connected 1:1 and I'm very glad to have him as part of my journey.  He provides support where necessary but will also give it to you straight.\nThis community will be a part of my journey for a long time to come. He talks with honesty, is emotionally aware and down to earth, with that lovely accent to boot. Listening to him made me miss my old mates from a pub 20 years ago. Then he starts talking about yoga and mindfulness, and Im like, yeah ok I could try that. Turns out we became Skool friends and got even more involved between our groups.
