The creator of this community, Lindsey, is amazing. She’s a beautiful person looking to help improve the lives of women who are suffering from hormone imbalances and health challenges, just like me. I’ve been suffering from PMDD for over a year now. I looked up “PMDD” on YouTube one day while feeling so hopeless and lost. I stumbled upon a video by Lindsey and it felt like she spoke directly to me. I felt so seen and understood. I commented on her video and from there she helped me join this wonderful community. It feels like divine timing. I’m so thankful. I am getting the help I need and I get to be surrounded by incredible women who get me. If you are a woman who is feeling lost, suffering, and/or feel like you don’t know who to talk to, this is the community for you. There’s so much helpful information and care/guidance with Lindsey. Highly recommend. No more suffering in silence ladies, you deserve so much more.
