Meet the Team
Gaby is a Perimenopause Anxiety Coach and a mother who understands the challenges of navigating midlife. Having experienced her own journey through anxiety and hormonal shifts, she discovered the importance of supporting the body to regain balance and confidence. Gaby created Embody Her Glow to provide a nurturing environment for women over 40 to connect, heal, and rediscover their strength together.
I love the weekly calm practices and journal prompts. This group has an easy feeling, very calming to the nervous system. Gaby's calming hacks really work!
