Communities can't pay to remove bad reviews or boost their rankings. The ratings reflect what members actually said.
We check that reviewers are real people who actually joined the community. Fake and incentivized reviews get flagged and removed.
Reviews need to be specific and fair. We don't allow personal attacks, but we also don't filter out criticism.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties. Your reviews are tied to your account so we can verify they're real, but you control what shows up on your public profile.
Want to delete your account? Sign in, open your dashboard, go to the Account tab, scroll to the bottom. One click starts the flow. Your profile and personal info are permanently deleted. Your reviews get hidden from public pages. Any community you solely owned gets archived, with existing member reviews staying visible.
For audit purposes we keep a minimal record (your email, the deletion timestamp, and the count of reviews you had) for 90 days, then that's gone too. You can sign up again anytime with the same email and start fresh.
