Community Culture

Journeys With My Body is a calm, non-judgmental, pressure-free community focused on nervous-system-aware, body-based change. We're funny and real here, no toxic positivity, no pretending you have it all figured out. This is a place where you can show up messy, ask questions without feeling stupid, and talk about what's actually happening in your body without having to pretend you're fine. We believe in regulate then renovate, which means we go slow, honor where your nervous system actually is, and don't rush you into a transformation you're not ready for. This is a women-only space where lived experience matters more than credentials. We learn from each other, implement together, and celebrate the small wins that signal real nervous system shifts - like finally sleeping through the night or having energy to do something you actually want to do. No judgment about how long it takes. Just practical support for doing the real work of coming back into your body and your life.

Heidi Reagan

Hi, I’m Heidi. I’ve been working in the world of personal growth for over two decades. I spent years being a very functional and capable woman… who was also quietly overriding her own body. When I started learning how the nervous system works and how it had played its part in my stress, and how to listen to my body, my life got so much better. Now my work is about helping other women do the same by learning to work with their nervous system and their bodies, rather than against them.

Heidi's community is a rare gem

I joined the Journeys with My Body community a few months after the loss of my father, and I'm so grateful I did. During one of the most difficult times in my life, Heidi was incredibly warm and welcoming. Her community provided a safe space for me to explore how grief was impacting my body. Heidi offered wonderful, accessible ways to help me check in with my body and honor its needs during a time when I was struggling to take care of myself. Her approaches are practical, actionable, and they truly work—not just theory, but real tools I could use immediately. Beyond her excellent facilitation, Heidi is remarkably generous. She invited me to share my work around helping people reduce sugar with her community, and the experience was wonderful. The workshop participants were engaged and receptive, which speaks volumes about the kind of community she has cultivated. In a sea of different approaches to self-love and wellness, Heidi's community is a rare gem. She was pivotal in helping me move through my grief and heal. I can't recommend this community highly enough.

I love the Journeys With My Body podcasts and community. The simple nervous system resets are like gold. This is a place where I feel extremely confident and safe to share and express. Supportive and Expansive

Being a member of the JWMB community is like having a warm hug available to you at any time. There are so many wise and supportive women from all walks of life, sharing their experiences and tools. I always get so much out of Heidi’s courses and programs. They help keep me grounded and centered. She gives you bite sized activities to do so that it’s not so overwhelming. When I’m doing her programs it’s easier for me to remain balanced and less stressed.
