This community is very knowledgeable and supportive :) I was pretty lost with what to do and where to start with my illnesses and I felt dismissed by doctors or they just couldn't...

This is a space for women ready for real change and hormone health—not quick fixes or extremes. You’ve likely tried diet, exercise, or supplements but are still dealing with fatigue, mood swings, hormonal weight, or feeling off in your body. Dr. Evelyn ND
I became a naturopathic doctor after my own struggle with PCOS left me with no real answers or options. Through lifestyle and holistic care, I restored my cycles, came off medication, and later conceived naturally. I now combine Eastern and Western medicine to help women understand their bodies, restore balance, and rebuild trust in their health.

As someone who's worked in the medical field for 14 years, I didn't allow myself to be exposed to the world of natural medicine. I started to open my mind up before I joined the Hormone Hub, but Evelyn really helped me understand it all. I'm a nurse as well as a patient. Before joining Hormone Hub, I wasn't able to live my life to its fullest. I was held back by issues with sleep, overeating, and most of all, stress. The Hormone Hub really cemented the changes I'd been making, and helped to accelerate my self-care growth. Being part of this community has reminded me that I am not the only one who faced these struggles, and that helped reduce a lot of shame. The most important thing that I learnt from Evelyn is that it doesn't have to be complicated, it doesn't have to be difficult, or expensive. Little changes in my environment went a long way. Before joining, the improvements I made were scattered. But since joining Hormone Hub, they are a lot more consistent. I now no longer use my phone before or after bed, I avoid eating a few hours before and after sleep, and my fatigue levels have vastly improved. As someone with ADHD, this had profound impacts on my life. I find myself using my medication less. Hormone Hub also offers fun mission-based challenges, and the community's accountability has helped me walk outside every day for at least 20 minutes. I've kept this activity up for almost two weeks, which is a record for me. I feel lighter, healthier and overall, more comfortable with my life and in my body.
I typically was sick every month with a cold, flu, whatever germs are going around. On top of that, fatigue, not able to make it through a day without a nap, stomach issues such as bloating, nausea, and inflammation. After some lab testing, it was looking like I have Hashimotos and I realized I needed to take steps for my health. My friend invited me to this community and I just wanted to learn more. I have enjoyed learning more about how our bodies and hormones work, and my thoughts about food have been challenged. With a few shifts, such as grounding, getting morning sun, feeling grateful, and eating generally more animal based, many of my symptoms have improved! I have been healthy for a few weeks now. No sickness. Less bloating. More calm. I feel strong and oddly "taller." Energy levels are improving slowly. After about 2 months of slow changes from things I am learning from this community, I am seeing some results and it is encouraging! What has mattered most in this journey has been connecting my physical health with my emotional and mental health and starting to consider my stress levels and nervous system more.
Before finding this community I was stalled in my progress of trying to put my autoimmune disease into remission. I was tired all the time, stressed, and feeling a bit hopeless. Through the community I’ve learned about how my circadian rhythm might be affecting me negatively (even all the “small” habits). I started grounding and getting outside first thing in the morning more consistently and within a week I noticed a huge improvement in mood, but after two weeks I was experiencing better sleep and digestion too. This community has real and active people who help keep me motivated just by hearing their stories and interacting with them. When I read about someone working on blue light blocking or unplugging by a specific time at night and seeing big results it makes me want to improve my habits even more. The energy is catching in the best way.
Where were you before: It was a stressful period, and I struggled to sleep properly because of my anxiety What made you seek help/want to join: I was fascinated by this community, and I had the opportunity to meet @Dr.Evelyn Szeinbaum during a call. I was impressed by the professional but friendly approach. What changed for you based on what you've learned from the community: More than what I expected. I learned so much about food, environment, light and dark, etc., and so much more to learn. How long did that take (even to see some change): 1-2 months What part mattered most: I can sleep much better now, just by following a few suggestions. My life will improve so much more in the future. So grateful, thank you
This community is very knowledgeable and supportive :) I was pretty lost with what to do and where to start with my illnesses and I felt dismissed by doctors or they just couldn't answer what I was asking for help with....I joined this community because I wanted a more holistic/natural approach to improve my life and it's nice to be around like-minded people we learn and grow from each other..it made things a lot easier and more "concrete" of what to do and where to start...I learned a lot about keeping your body happy and how sooo many things can effect a delicate communication system--like circadian rhythm...honestly (I still struggle with this) but when I started getting 5-10min of direct sunlight (plus grounding) my body felt sooo much better less stressed out about things not just mentally but physically...my cycles really started to improve especially when I was recommended to do somatic exercises to reduce anxiety...I got to see some change within a week to like 2-3 months if you add in all the other things I've done to improve my health...it takes A LOT of dedication but you get as much out of it as much as you put in--and knowing it's not linear but I can really tell that the things I learned in this community truly helps especially when you "slack off" and when you get back on track :)
