The Permaculture Property Lab

The Permaculture Property Lab is a community focused on turning real properties into systems that produce food, skills, and income. I’m Cormac Harkin — electronics engineer, permaculture designer, and host of The Permaculture Vine Podcast. I’m transforming my own property step-by-step into a working system that includes a food forest, workshop and repair space, 3D printing setup, design studio, and media platform. This project is about designing and building a productive property using permaculture principles, practical skills, and modern tools. Inside the Lab we explore property design, growing systems, workshop and maker projects, and ways to create more independence from where you live.
