Common questions

How much does it cost?

Starting prices are $18 a visit twice a week, $25 weekly and $45 twice a month. One-time cleanings start at $50. The final price depends on how many dogs you have, your yard size and how often they visit.

Where do they work?

Hilo, Kea'au, Pahoa, the Hamakua Coast, Waimea and select areas on the West Side. They schedule by ZIP code and say they are looking to expand.

Do they cover the whole island?

Their focus is the East Side of Hawaii Island: North Hilo, South Hilo and Puna, plus select West Side areas. Ask about your ZIP code when you sign up.

Do they clean litter boxes or deodorize lawns?

Yes. They clean litter boxes, and lawn deodorizing can be added to any service.

What happens on a visit?

They scan the yard in a grid pattern with a second pass, then haul the waste away off-site at no extra cost. Tools and shoes are sanitized between visits. Their No Turd Left Behind guarantee applies when the yard is regularly maintained.

Will I know when they have been?

Their website promises a text heads-up within 30 minutes of arrival and a photo of the secured gate afterward.

What about rain or a hurricane?

They scoop rain or shine. A hurricane week is rescheduled at no charge.

How do I get started?

Fill in the service sign-up form on their website with your plan, number of dogs and address. They then contact you to schedule the first clean. Questions can go through their Facebook page.
