Services
Twice-weekly scooping
Two visits a week, the lowest price per visit and the best fit for multi-dog and high-traffic yards. For 1 dog it is $14.99 a visit, rising $2 for each added dog up to 5 dogs at $22.99. Each visit is a full gate-to-gate walk of the yard, with every gate latched behind the crew and a text when the work is done.
Weekly scooping
The most popular plan, suited to 1 to 2 dogs in an average yard. It is $18.99 a visit for 1 dog, $21.99 for 2, $24.99 for 3, $27.99 for 4 and $30.99 for 5.
Every-other-week scooping
A fit for single small dogs and smaller yards. It is $33.99 a visit for 1 dog, $37.99 for 2, $41.99 for 3, $45.99 for 4 and $49.99 for 5.
Initial and one-time cleanups
New yards and neglected yards start with a cleanup billed per 5-gallon bucket of waste: $50 a bucket for one-time clients and $25 a bucket for recurring clients. Well-maintained yards on a recurring plan often skip the initial fee.
Deodorizer and spot treatment
A pet-safe, kid-safe enzyme deodorizer applied after scooping, and a targeted enzyme spot treatment for problem patches, each $10 a visit. Both cut odor at the source and help the lawn recover from urine damage.
Oversized and rocky yard add-ons
A $7 a visit add-on for yards that run well above average size, and a $7 a visit add-on for rocky areas such as xeriscaping, gravel and rock beds.
HOA, apartment and park service
Custom proposals for HOAs, apartment communities, public parks and property managers, with consolidated invoicing, a single point of contact, service reporting and a certificate of insurance on file. Quotes come back the same week.
Pet waste stations
Commercial-grade stations installed, stocked with bags and emptied weekly, bi-weekly or on a custom schedule, with damage and theft reporting after each service.

Common questions
How much does it cost?
Price depends on how often the yard is scooped and how many dogs live there, and the figures are starting points that are confirmed before you commit. Twice a week runs $14.99 a visit for 1 dog up to $22.99 for 5. Weekly runs $18.99 for 1 dog up to $30.99 for 5. Every other week runs $33.99 for 1 dog up to $49.99 for 5. Six or more dogs get a custom quote.
Where do they work?
Six north Denver metro cities: Northglenn, Thornton, Broomfield, Arvada, Brighton and Erie. Northglenn is home base and most weekly routes run through it.
Do they serve my ZIP code?
Core ZIP codes are Northglenn (80233, 80234, 80260), Thornton (80229, 80233, 80241, 80260, 80602), Broomfield (80020, 80021, 80023), Arvada (80002, 80003, 80004, 80005, 80007), Brighton (80601, 80602, 80603) and Erie (80516). They have also served 80022 and 80024 (Commerce City), 80030 and 80031 (Westminster), 80221 (Federal Heights), 80640 (Henderson) and 80514 (Dacono). Outside that list, call to ask.
Do I need to be home?
No. The crew needs gate access, and you can opt into call or text alerts for when they are on the way, when they are done and if they are ever delayed. Techs do not climb fences, so a locked gate means they knock and reschedule. A combination lock is available on request.
Is there a contract?
No. You can cancel, pause or change frequency at any time. Billing happens every two weeks after the cleanups, with automatic card as the preferred method and cash or check also accepted.
What happens to the waste?
It is double-bagged, hauled off the property and disposed of at local landfills. Pet waste is not composted.
Do they work in snow, cold and holidays?
Service runs year-round, weather permitting. If the ground is clear and above freezing the crew is there, and after major storms they come back once enough snow has melted to find the waste. A weather delay is rescheduled within 3 days, or moves to the following week. Visits on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas move to the next service day.
Are there discounts?
Yes. Military service members, veterans, police, first responders and public service workers get 10% off when they mention it at sign-up.
Are they insured, and what if I am unhappy?
They are fully insured, every team member is background-checked, and the same scooper covers your route each visit. If you are ever unhappy, they come back and re-clean for free.
What is A Day With the Dogs?
A free community dog festival in Northglenn presented by Colorado Pooper Scoopers, with local pet vendors, adoptable rescue dogs, music and splash pools, supporting local animal rescues.
