Common questions

How much does it cost?

Weekly visits run $12 for one dog up to $21 for five. Twice-weekly visits are $9 to $17 each, and every-other-week visits are $18 to $32 for one to four dogs. Extra fees for a large yard, heavy debris or ground cover like wood chips or rocks are agreed before any work or billing.

Which towns do they serve?

They cover Northern Colorado from Wellington down to Erie, Pierce, Ault, Eaton and La Salle, and everything in between: Ault, Berthoud, Dacono, Del Camino, Eaton, Erie, Evans, Fort Collins, Fort Lupton, Frederick, Gilcrest, Greeley, Johnstown, Kersey, La Salle, Laporte, Longmont, Loveland, Lucerne, Mead, Milliken, Pierce, Platteville, Severance, Timnath, Wellington and Windsor.

Can I pick a time, and what happens when it snows?

You get a set service day each week, but not a time window, since too many things shift the route. If you have mowers, they will find the service day that works and pick up the day before the lawn is mowed. When snow keeps them from coming out, the weekly rate is discounted 50%, because the next visit covers two weeks of waste.

Do I need a contract, and how does billing work?

No contracts. You are billed monthly after the work is done, with invoices going out the first week of the month for the month before. Skips and snow days show up on the invoice, so you pay only for visits that happened.

What happens on a visit?

A uniformed, logo-marked technician on a dedicated route cleans the yard, secures the gate and hauls the waste away. Equipment is sanitized between yards with an approved sanitizer so germs do not travel from one yard to the next.

Do I need to be home, and what about my dogs?

No, you do not need to be home. Dogs that are fine with strangers can stay in the yard, and the technicians enjoy meeting them. If the dogs are away or you already picked up, give notice and the visit is skipped at no charge.

Are they insured?

Yes. They are fully insured and bonded, carrying liability, workers comp and a surety bond. Insurance certificates are available on request.

How do I get started and pay?

Call (970) 420-6254 or fill in the Let''s Get Started form on their website. Payment runs through a customer portal with AutoPay, and there are also Square, PayPal, Venmo and check options, or you can pay by card over the phone.
