Common questions
How much does it cost?
Their website lists weekly service from $20 a week for the first dog, plus $2.50 a week for each extra dog. Every-other-week plans get a discount. Regular plans start with a deep clean at $100 an hour, which also covers your first week. One-time cleanups are $100 an hour, billed for the time it takes.
Which towns do they serve?
Billings, Laurel and Lockwood. If you live just outside those towns, call or text (406) 760-8547 and they'll see if they can fit you into their route.
Do they come when it snows?
Yes. They work all year, in snow too, when the roads are safe. If a blizzard makes the roads unsafe, they skip the visit and clear the double build-up next time. They ask you to clear a snowed-in gate first. Elderly or disabled customers can have them do it for a small extra fee.
Do I need to be home?
No. When you're not home, they send a photo of your closed gate as they leave. Their estimate form has a spot for gate instructions.
What happens to the waste?
They double-bag it and put it in your outdoor trash bin. If you have no outdoor bin, or you want it gone, they can haul it away for a small extra fee.
Can I skip a week or change my schedule?
Yes. Call or text (406) 760-8547 to skip a visit or change your schedule, including how often they come.
What if I have a tiny yard or just one small dog?
Ask about a custom rate. Their website says they'll work one out for a very small yard or a single tiny dog.
What if I'm not happy with a visit?
Tell them within 24 hours of the visit. Their terms say they'll work with you to make it right where reasonable.
