I have been with Gaby since the beginning of this journey in this group. Gaby has helped me in many ways with introducing me to meditation, healthy food, healthy habits, exercise, nervous system and challenges. She is always their for support, advice and is listening ear .I love the community that Gaby has built and the support she gives us all.
Gaby offers such a warm and safe environment where one can feel seen and understood ❤️. I especially love the videos because they truly guide you through tough feelings. It’s also nice to see how others interact and share their personal experiences! 10 stars ⭐️ for Gaby and the work she does!

Gaby is such a genuine, empathetic person. She embodies what she teaches and shares the times she also struggles, showing us that we are all in this together. She’s a pro at offering “bite-sized” strategies to helping women live a more mindful life. Nothing she offers is overwhelming and that’s why it’s so successful.
