I love this community as it thought me how serious is to have fun, leveraging games and storytelling to surface incredible insights. The way this community is run makes it feel like you know each other already without having met yet.

A few specific things that clicked with me : 1/ How it turns networking into a game you love to play, even for the most introvert people ! 2/Sharing who we are from story framework made it powerful to surface insights from other people that make us connect with them ... maybe that's where the magic of feeling you already know the people without have talked to them yet comes from. 3/ The networking challenge and using Gather in some meet-up was mindblowing into speeding up networking.

The biggest impact for me was it started a ripple effect, as I applied the networking challenge to myself inside my community and invited other members of my community to play the game ... I got to connect deeper with amazing people already within my community, and outside my community.

I think folks who join here are getting at the Champions League of the community game ! ⭐️

Lukas has made the Game unique space where it is actually fun to build your skills. Plus he has so many incredible insights that he's gained through his experience that he is happy to share with all of us! And there are amazing people in the community that I love connecting with.

It's been great to find a space where all of that is intertwined.

Networking has completely changed my life for the infinitely better, and there is nobody doing it better online than Lukas Schmidt. As both a huge fan of Sanderson and Star Wars, the theme of the whole experience was a ton of fun. And it is set up in a way that will still resonate with folks who aren't fans of those particular franchises.

What I think is particularly special about this community above other communities, even those that seem to focus on networking, is the fact that he teaches you how to do the skill and then offers an actual place for it to happen. You go and create a post, then you comment on the reflections of the week, then you share updates on what you're doing and how your calls went.

The really cool thing is that the environment reinforces all of this. You see people posting about the calls that they've had, and it's a great encouragement and reminder for you to be hopping on and networking with people, because you never know who you're going to meet and how they might change your life for the better.

Plus, everybody out there is seeking information and trying to learn as much as they can, so it's really gratifying when you are also able to contribute and help others along in their journey.
