I am Bente, the owner of the community. The last couple of years my health situation has turned my life upside down. I have been through a process were needed to accept help from others and realize that our value are way more then the effort we are doing for other. The learning process I went through has been my motivation to start this community. I want to inspire others to learn their true value, dare to give them self love and making creative moments as a source of mindfulness and calmness.
