My journey in property began a few years ago when I invested tens of thousands of pounds into property strategy courses. I quickly absorbed those new strategies and began taking my first real steps in the property world. After a couple of years, I chose to sharpen my focus entirely on deal sourcing. I invested in further specialised training to master the specific tactics and strategies required from a sourcing perspective. Armed with that knowledge, I set up my own business and began actively hunting for deals. Along the way, I realised that success required more than just theory. I needed efficiency. I spent countless hours developing streamlined workflows and mastering advanced tools and software to handle due diligence quickly and accurately. Once I had these systems running successfully, I started giving back. I began helping other deal sourcers and property investors by sharing my knowledge and insights in WhatsApp groups. The response was incredible, and that organic desire to help others build practical skills is exactly how Property Skills Academy was born.
