Great Community!

I joined The Directory because of it's reputation of being a supportive, encouraging community that helps its members grow their business. They've been supportive in helping me gain community members through my listing in The Directory, referrals and promotional events. I enjoy the community not only for the business aspect, but because hanging out with them is also a whole lot of fun.

A great place to hang out and get seen!

This is a super fun community! The daily Google Busters create a fun guessing thread where you can learn new things and have your ideas broadened. It's also a great way to get visibility for your offer and connect with other people doing similar things in the Directory Listing Categories.

Written by the community owners

A public business directory on Skool for small businesses, creators, and service providers who want visibility without running a community or relying on social media.

Mission & Values

Our mission is to create a welcoming, real-world community for small business owners, creators, and independent entrepreneurs to share what they offer, grow with confidence, and build meaningful connections—whether they run an online store, a service-based business, a social media community, or simply have a passion they’re ready to turn into income. We believe you don’t need a polished website, a massive following, or a formal business structure to start showing up in the world. You just need a place where your voice, your work, and your journey matter.

Authenticity over algorithms – Real people, real stories, real growth.

Accessibility for all stages – From brand-new beginners to seasoned business owners.

Community over competition – Collaboration beats comparison.

Confidence through connection – Growth happens when you’re not building alone.

Key Benefits

  • A platform to share their business or offer even without a website or formal community
  • Visibility for their products, services, or content in a trust-based environment
  • Support from fellow entrepreneurs and creators at all stages
  • Connection opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and referrals
  • Confidence-building through real conversations, not just metrics

What you put in you truly get back.

What you put in you truly get back. It seems like everyone authentically gets involved and it seems to be ever growing. I keep approaching this community as someone learning as opposed to someone teaching (and/or educating) but as I level up in this space, I'm starting to get a tad more comfortable with being myself here. Thank you, Heather, for what you are doing with this community and platform! 💚💚💚

BEFORE:
I was still learning about how the Skool platform worked... and as I started to play around on the platform more, I believe I came across this community shortly after another Skool affiliated community caught my attention.
AFTER:
I'm learning what this community can do to help those who are still building. I am still needing some direction in other areas of building my own community, but within this community (The Directory on Skool), there have been many people that I've just been learning by their examples and seeing how I can frame what they've done into what I'm building. It's actually quite inspiring. Side note: I do know that this community is also built on helping communities gain traffic, but I'm also trying to get comfortable on showing people what it is I'm building as I'm making it. A personal slight insecurity of mine that this community is truly helping me overcome. 🙏🙏🙏💚💚💚

DOES WHATIT SAYD ON THE TIN

Does exactly what it says on the Tin. 😄

I'll be honest, I came in sceptical. Skool's full of "directories" that are really just a wall of dropped links and dead threads.

This isn't that. The Directory on Skool is the first one I've been in that actually understands the difference between posting and connecting.

The networking games, the messaging prompts, the searchable listings, it's all built to get you seen by the right people, not just seen.

I stopped shouting into the void and started having actual conversations.

Part visibility hub, part networking playground, part genuine community and no awkward name badges in sight.

If you're tired of promoting into silence and want your business in front of people who'll actually engage with it, get in there.

Does exactly what it says on the Tin. 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The owner/leader of this community is personally welcoming and extremely responsive. This community’s has a large amount of members and Heather still makes sure to make your experience inside feel unique.

The structure of the community is genius! Incredibly easy to navigate, and engage in.

I first entered this space as a buyer/looker. When I was ready to transition to being community owner myself I knew exactly where to find guidance and advice. Everyone inside here is so honest and helpful.

When I was ready I upgraded to the extremely affordable premium plan and it has given my community the exposure it needed.

If you are looking for a supportive community that offers affordable visibility options for your community or business, this is the one for you!!

Come join us and become part of a large networking family.
