Meet the Team
Dar Brown
My name is Darlene Brown. I was raised with a rich culinary heritage. My dad was in the Navy and loved food. He’d bring back recipes from around the world. He loved the cooking shows on PBS when I was growing up. Cookbooks were his jam as well. Mom was an excellent home cook. She was the quintessential gramma, wholesome down-home cooking was her thing. I inherited all of that food love. For YEARS my friends have been after me to open some sort of food related business. So, I am now. Enjoy!
