Crust & Crumb Academy immediately stands out because of the extraordinary care and connection Henry Hunter brings as its owner and operator. The way he has organized the platform and thoughtfully covered every aspect of bread baking speaks volumes about his heart, his soul, his passion, and the beautiful community he has built around it. Every time I click on one of my "saved" Crust & Crumb bookmarks, I feel genuinely excited about the learnings ahead. Thank you, Henry, for dedicating a portion of your life to this beautiful craft and for sharing that passion with all of us. It truly is the BEST!!!
