Amazing Community full of important awareness!
Serena runs an amazing community which raises awareness and support. I feel well informed and she is the most welcoming warming person I know. I highly recommend that you join if you are feeling lost, stuck and want to be part of a caring supportive space. Thank you

Safe, loved, & Informed
Serena who leads this community is dedicated to her mission and that passion comes through. The commitment to each piece of information shared to be educational, meaningful and work towards preventing Domestic Abuse Early.

5 Stars
I joined DAfree because I wanted to understand more about what abuse can look like in everyday life. I thought I knew the basics, but this community opened my eyes to things I hadn’t really considered, like how control can happen without shouting or hitting. It’s quiet, respectful, and there’s no pressure to talk about your own experiences. You can just read and learn at your own pace. Awareness is indeed the first step, and the more AWARER we become, the more we can spot the signs and help those affected by domestic abuse.

Increasing Calm in Less than 5 Minutes A Day
What can I say about Lydia's community? The Joyful Path | Jedi Calm has brought me such light, peace, and JOY during a season of darkness in the world. I am so glad to have connected with Lydia and the people in this space. After joining her weekly Peace Talks sessions, I've felt such renewed energy on account of the conversation, reflection, and prompts shared in this space. If you're looking for a place to move through life's challenges into a place of peace, calm, and hope, join the community and experience the grace and gratitude that comes from The Joyful Path | Jedi Calm. I am immensely glad I did! - LM

Outstanding peaceful support and guidance
I'm usually skeptical about newly published guides. It is rare to find some who's LOVE light ✨️ touches everyone, let alone ME. I know who I am. An old soul to say the least. But I have been on this roller-coaster ride a long time, and @Lydia Lowery Busler has indeed shown up like a rescue ranger with perfectly intuitive, timely help. She gave the community a rock solid foundation. Her voice is hypnotic and caring. The meditations show up with just the right message for that day. Welcome to all in Oneness.

The calmest place on Skool <3
Lydia's group is introspective and thoughtful, just the place to slow down and remember why we're doing what we're doing. She posts regular guided meditations that get right to the heart of the matter, and help you realize things about yourself you didn't know you needed to know!
