After interviewing Rasheed I discovered his community on Skool
After interviewing Rasheed I discovered his community on Skool - he is personally an amazing and interesting human being. He has truly embraced the concept of enjoying the experience. The community is a space where we are encouraged to do that too - a space for setting goals/aspirations and then exploring becoming... Rasheed creates a space for real transformation, helping people challenge old paradigms, reinvent themselves, and design a life that feels aligned with who they truly are. What I appreciate most is that the focus isn't on hustling harder or grinding longer. It's about creating freedom through awareness, intentional choices, and a willingness to see life differently and embrace your inner weirdo If you're looking for support, fresh perspectives, and a community that encourages you to live life on your terms, you'll find it here.

Encouraging Weirdos to Win!
Rasheed is a great community facilitator who makes everyone feel welcome to share their inner weirdness. I enjoy how he engages with his community and encourages participation in community discussions and posts using leaderboard feedback and gamifying the experience.

Made by women for women
I absolutely love Menopause Skool. There are so many things we as women were never taught about our hormones or how they effect virtually EVERYTHING in out bodies. Menopause Skool has bridged that gap for, being only 32 and experiencing medically induced Menopause has been a whirlwind of feeling like my body was betraying me and I was losing my mind. But in Menopause Skool, I found the soace not just to breathe but to understand what is actually happening beneath the surface. This has taken so much fear and confusion off of my plate and I cannot thank these ladies enough for creating this space.

Amazing and caring support
I have recently joined this community because I am 50 now and the sooner I start learning about what others experience, the better. I love how caring the group is and there is so much good stuff to learn there. I know I am in good hands with these women.
