Years ago, a supervisor called me a cranky cynic, because when he showed me something that was the latest fix that would solve all our problems, I would look at him, and say, "Yeah whatever." The person who called me Cranky Cynic thought he was funny, but I am the one laughing at him. My definition of the Cranky Cynic is very much synonymous to Rasheed Hooda's definition of a Weirdo. The Embrace Your Inner Weirdo community, looks cool to me! I've always challenged the status quo, wanting to scream at people who used phrases like "that's the way we've always done it." Rasheed Hooda's encourages critical thinking and an open mind.

A Coaching Experience That Truly Brings Clarity

Working with Danna and The Clarity Collective has been such a grounding experience. Danna has a magical way of asking deep, meaningful questions, that are also quite simple. The kind that slow everything down just enough for you to really hear yourself think. Whenever I find myself with a spaghetti-mess of ideas and emotions, she helps me organise my thoughts, untangle the overwhelm, and pull out one clear thread (or spagetto!) I can actually act on. Each time, I come with a challenge and leave with clarity. Not forced, not imposed, but my own. I’m also part of Danna’s community, and I love that she’s building a space for like-minded women to explore clarity in both business and life together.
