The experiences and stories of Rasheed Hooda are priceless.
The experiences and stories of Rasheed Hooda are priceless. Years ago, a supervisor called me a cranky cynic, because when he showed me something that was the latest fix that would solve all our problems, I would look at him, and say, "Yeah whatever." The person who called me Cranky Cynic thought he was funny, but I am the one laughing at him. My definition of the Cranky Cynic is very much synonymous to Rasheed Hooda's definition of a Weirdo. The Embrace Your Inner Weirdo community, looks cool to me! I've always challenged the status quo, wanting to scream at people who used phrases like "that's the way we've always done it." Rasheed Hooda's encourages critical thinking and an open mind.

real Community
It's a real Community (not just a sales lounge some 'community' can be). Warm. Interesting mix of people.

After interviewing Rasheed I discovered his community on Skool
After interviewing Rasheed I discovered his community on Skool - he is personally an amazing and interesting human being. He has truly embraced the concept of enjoying the experience. The community is a space where we are encouraged to do that too - a space for setting goals/aspirations and then exploring becoming... Rasheed creates a space for real transformation, helping people challenge old paradigms, reinvent themselves, and design a life that feels aligned with who they truly are. What I appreciate most is that the focus isn't on hustling harder or grinding longer. It's about creating freedom through awareness, intentional choices, and a willingness to see life differently and embrace your inner weirdo If you're looking for support, fresh perspectives, and a community that encourages you to live life on your terms, you'll find it here.

Unlock the Collective is a standout resource
Unlock the Collective is a standout resource for coaches, educators, and leaders who are tired of the "hustle" and ready to build a legitimate business architecture. Far from just another coaching group, this workspace provides the precise bridge between internal psychology and external systems. Here is why this community is worth joining: 1. The Intersection of Mindset and Operations Most programs focus on one or the other: either "mindset work" that lacks practical application or "tactical systems" that feel overwhelming. This collective solves that by using NLP-based techniques to create Internal Stability. By "coding" the mind for leadership first, it ensures that when you build the external structures, you have the mental clarity to lead them effectively. 2. Built for Scalability The community is designed as a "Professional Launchpad." It takes leaders from the "Zero" phase, where they are often wearing every hat and feeling the weight of chaos, and moves them into a functioning, scalable business model. The focus on Architecture ensures that your business can grow without collapsing under its own weight. 3. A Focus on "The Methodology" The framework centers on three critical pillars: People, Processes, and Priorities. By aligning these three areas, the program helps members move past the "Analysis Paralysis" that keeps so many talented educators stuck. Itβs about turning theory into execution through a dedicated workspace environment. 4. Transition from Chaos to Clarity The value proposition here is simple but profound: turning chaos into clarity. For a leader managing multiple roles, the tactical foundations provided in this collective offer the "External Structure" needed to launch and sustain a brand that lasts. 5. Sustainable Growth Rather than chasing short-term wins, Unlock the Collective emphasizes building something that is sustainable. It is a dedicated environment for those who view their work as a long-term mission and want the professional systems to match their level of expertise. Final Verdict: For any leader or mentor who feels they are drowning in day-to-day operations, Unlock the Collective offers a blueprint for stepping into true leadership. It is an essential workspace for anyone ready to master the "Internal" and "External" requirements of a high-level, scalable business.

Insightful, Supportive, and Uniquely Effective
Alexander and Ayoub have built a community that genuinely stands apart. Every topic is thoughtfully crafted to create an environment where real growth can happen. The structure they've designed encourages meaningful dialogue, sparks critical thinking, and deepens your understanding of entrepreneurship. Most importantly, it inspires a stronger belief in your own potential. This isn't just a community. It's a space where people expand their thinking, challenge themselves, and feel supported every step of the way.
