⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I needed to stop spinning my wheels. Storm is a legend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I needed to stop spinning my wheels. Storm is a legend! Joined this community after months of consuming wholesaling content from everywhere and getting nowhere. The difference here is the focus on actual execution — no fluff, no guru hype, just a clear path forward. The Wholesaling A–Z course is structured in a way that actually makes sense for beginners, and the Deal Flow Accelerator GPT is genuinely one of the most useful tools I've come across for analysing deals quickly. Being able to break down a property in seconds instead of agonising over spreadsheets is a game changer. What sets Storm apart though is how present he is in the community. You can tell he actually cares whether members close deals or not — he shows up, answers questions properly, and treats people like individuals rather than just another member count. The buyer network alone is worth the price of admission (and it's free to start). If you're serious about closing your first deal and willing to put the work in, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Video review of Learn Wholesaling Real Estate
So, who am I and why did I join this community? First of all, my name is Carla Moore. I am a wife and a mom and an entrepreneur, and I joined this community for one reason exclusively. In wholesaling, in real estate, in dispositions, I never, ever want to be or feel stuck again. Nothing more, nothing less, nothing else, all right? So, you want to know what it's actually been like to be a member of Heartwarming. There is nothing like getting a vision and the right people aligned. So, it's actually been great, very welcoming, a warm feel from the community. I'm looking forward to being here and I'm looking to help a lot of people make a lot of money. All right? So, who wouldn't benefit from this type of community? People with limiting beliefs. People who don't believe that they deserve it. People with a poor work ethic. People that know more than they want to learn. And people who just aren't willing to go for it. Some people aren't just willing to go for it. And so, this wouldn't be the community for them. They would not benefit if they want an overnight success, if they're going to give minimum effort. They would not benefit from this community. This community is strictly for the go-getters, okay? That's it. That's all.

It’s an amazing community full of different profiles of people, all very kind and welcoming. I really liked the course. There are a lot of information and Storm explains every little thing you need to know about wholesaling. Then he personally trained me for cold calling and scripts during our daily calls in the Premium Tier and then when he saw that I was ready, he made me join his team and working personally on his own deals with him. Thank you Storm!

Great place to learn and connect
Skoolers is a great community for anyone interested in learning more about Skool and connecting with other community builders. The environment is supportive, and there are lots of people sharing ideas, experiences, and helpful insights. What I like most is that it brings together people who are all building or growing communities, so you can learn from different perspectives and see what’s working for others. It’s a great space to ask questions, gain inspiration, and stay motivated while building your own community journey. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about Skool and connect with like-minded builders.

Great place to start
Although at first being part of Skoolers is like drinking out of fire hydrant, once you get your bearings it is incredibly helpful. Skool 101 is a lifesaver and Skool News is so good for keeping a finger on the pulse of what's happening on platform. A huge benefit is how freely other members are willing to share what's working and what's not in their communities. The admins are so helpful and very good about keeping out spam and self promotion. The only thing I wish was a little clearer is member credibility. There are so many people on platform whose advice sounds good but they don't have results to back it up.
