Made by women for women
I absolutely love Menopause Skool. There are so many things we as women were never taught about our hormones or how they effect virtually EVERYTHING in out bodies. Menopause Skool has bridged that gap for, being only 32 and experiencing medically induced Menopause has been a whirlwind of feeling like my body was betraying me and I was losing my mind. But in Menopause Skool, I found the soace not just to breathe but to understand what is actually happening beneath the surface. This has taken so much fear and confusion off of my plate and I cannot thank these ladies enough for creating this space.

Amazing and caring support
I have recently joined this community because I am 50 now and the sooner I start learning about what others experience, the better. I love how caring the group is and there is so much good stuff to learn there. I know I am in good hands with these women.

Caring & Supportive Community
A growing group of Lyme patients who openly share their experiences. I have received a lot of helpful information from several members who have been fighting this disease for years. It's a great source of knowledgable people who truly care and want to help. The weekly virtual meeting is especially terrific. I have met some really wonderful folks on this site and I especially enjoy getting to know them and their stories more intimately through the private chat option. The site is well managed by its creator, who is a kind, compassionate and caring individual. I'm glad to be a part of this group.

A Place of Understanding
The group is for folks who are facing medical challenges, particularly Lyme and related conditions, to build a supportive community. We want to be uplifting to one another, not create more negativity. The group is new, but so far it’s been amazing to see how we have connected across the country with our shared experiences and hopes for recovery. My third week joining the call was really helpful.
