What I like most about Lidia’s Community Builders HQ is that it feels built around doing, not just learning. The promise is very clear - get your first 100 members on Skool in 30 days - and the community backs that up with a practical path, templates, live growth events, and support around the things community builders actually need to figure out. I also appreciate Lidia’s style. She keeps things simple, gives direct feedback, and doesn’t hide behind theory or “secret formulas.” There’s a strong build while learning mindset throughout the group, which I think is exactly what most newer community owners need. Another thing that stands out is the amount of real proof around the community. Lidia's energy and commitment to her members is boundless. She's just not happy until her people see success too. The thing I love about this community is that it's not just telling you HOW to build, but Lidia's actually modeling what it takes to do it. Nothing fake, no "easy buttons", no BS, no smoke and mirrors. Just practical, transparent, real talk and action. Highly recommend!

Community Builders HQ is one of the most valuable communities I have joined on Skool. Lidia does not simply share generic advice about growing a community. She takes the time to understand what you are building, identify what is not working, and help you find practical solutions. She recently spent an hour with me diagnosing the problems in my communities. She asked thoughtful questions, challenged my assumptions, and helped me see issues I had been too close to recognize on my own. I left the conversation with greater clarity, a stronger strategy, and a much better understanding of what I needed to change. Hello there, I'm Luke, the wizard at school, where I'm running the game, which has around 800 members at the moment, and today I actually closed my biggest deal ever. So this is 12k over the next three months, plus commissions, and this is only possible through synthesizer scaling. But that is not the reason why I joined Synthesizer, because it's all about the mission and the purpose to help educators grow, scale, and ultimately help more people. Because by earning more, we are actually able to help more people. Because we can hire more people, we can get better tools, and we are ultimately able to give back the things that we have learned and ultimately prepare the next generation for the future. And that is exactly what Synthesizer scaling is helping with as well. As a member, it feels like being a pro athlete in the game of business and being surrounded by all of these other athletes that are absolutely crushing it in their industry. And we're all learning from one another. And if one person is figuring out something, then it's like we're all figuring this out. And that is why we can all grow and scale together faster, because we don't have to rely on our own information. We can rely on the information of one another and learning from the best in the industry. If you've already solved a valuable problem, then scaling can help you multiply that. But if you're just getting started and you're at zero, then whatever we multiply by zero is still going to be zero. So as long as you have something valuable, like an audience or you know how to sell, or you've done some coaching and you actually got people the results, then scaling can help you get to 10k and even to 100k if you find the right operator. And that is someone that you can also find in scaling. And that's why I love this community so much because it keeps solving the next problem and it will continue doing that. So that's why I love being part of the people who are already crushing it and learning the most effective tactics available, which is kind of like the meta of the game.
