When does my video review go live on the community page?

How long video reviews take to go live on ProveWorth: ~30s for transcription, then human review (usually within 24 hours).

Short answer? Usually within a day. Here's exactly what happens after you tap submit.

First ~30 seconds: transcription runs

We pass each segment through Whisper to pull a transcript. That powers the captions on the player and gets your words onto the page as text so search engines can index them. None of this is visible to you, it just happens in the background.

Then we watch it

Every video gets a human review before it shows up on the community page. We're checking for things like personal info that ended up on screen, audio that's hard to make out, anything that wouldn't serve future seekers well.

Usually inside 24 hours. We're a small team so weekends and holidays might run a bit longer.

When it goes live

You get an email. The community owner gets one too so they know your review is up.

Your video shows up on the community profile and the reviews page. If it's strong (4 or 5 stars, clear audio, real story), it might land on the featured page at /showcase/video-reviews.

If we can't publish it

Sometimes a video has issues we can't post around. We'll email you with what happened and offer a re-record link. No drama, just a heads up.
