I like that in this community you are given the tools to figure out the type of community you want and how the steps to grow are customized to that specific insight. If there are things that are not quite on point yet. Evelyn and her team are always making tweaks to make sure you have what you need
LoM is not one person. We have a great team of Admins and Mods putting in a ton of effort to create / recreate a safe environment for learning and sharing. Currently the team consist of Ladies from Canada and the US, from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic and in between.
