It's a great place if you suffer from chronic fatigue. Tanmay has suffered from this himself. So, it is not coming from "a book". It is coming from someone, who understands you, and solved it for himself. He is not trying to fix the symptoms, he goes deep into the root causes and helps identify and eliminate them.
It's a really cool community if you are into growing.. garden or home! I only recently got into cooking. And I would love to learn more about growing my greens in my apartment. It seems to be a cool place where I can actually do that
