What I enjoyed most ! is written in the title of this community. Andy's truly Authentic.AF I went through one of his meditation session and! It was amazing!. A lot of times I find it hard to shut out the noise! and Andy was able to assist me in shutting it out and Centering myself. WoW And the noise stopped. It was One of the best experiences I've had in a long time! One of his secrets, his patience and if I had to add one more, it would probably be awareness I could feel his awareness every time..
