I recommend this site to anyone beginning or proven baker to use this site. There is so much support to answer any questions you may have. Problem solving with lots of images to follow and a lead baker-Henry who wants you to succeed and encourages you along, whether there is lots of room for improvement and many opportunities to succeed and to not give up. I haven’t been a member long but I am enjoying it immensely.

Crust and Crumb Academy is a great place to learn bread basics, this platform is for beginners and professionals, you learn the art of sourdough, and other methods of bread, Mr Henry is great, he is very knowledgeable in the baking industry, and has a whole wealth of knowledge he is exactly who you want to learn from .

This is one of my favorite communities and I’m a true novice when it comes to bread baking. Members are helpful and supportive and Chef is fantastic. He answers questions, provides great videos, and even hosts live in person by camera baking sessions.

I'm in complete SHOCK on how this community is free! There is so much incredible value here and perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to really bake some delicious bread! What I like best about Crust and Crumb Academy is the willingness of our Professional Baking Coach who guides us each step of the way. Henry Hunter has a real gift of being able to break down the Science of Baking. I have completed 3 projects each one turned out delicious. These courses are so practical for everyone. The lessons taught so that novices like myself can understand and feel like an expert baker. Henry Hunter will also take the time to ask where we are with the recipes. This helps me a great deal. I’m impressed with Crust and Crumb Academy and look forward to many satisfying recipes shared and made with the support of our community. ♥️

I'm so glad I was pointed toward this community. I belong to a bunch of pages regarding sourdough, but I have never posted my bread up there because well... if it's not perfect they usually rip you a new one. I'm not into that. We learn and grow by bringing each other up, not down. Hats off to you @Henry Hunter you have created an amazing community here where all are welcome and learn from each other. Sure you can use youtube or read a book to learn how to make bread/bake but there comes a time when you really need community to troubleshoot what's going on. And that is what the Crust & Crumb Academy really shines at!!
So whether your "bread baking curious" or been at it for decades this space is for you! You may be amazed at all the permutations flour, water & yeast can be presented in.
