Crust & Crumb Academy has been an incredible experience for me. The lessons are clear, practical, and truly elevate your baking skills. I especially love how supportive and inspiring the community is. If you're serious about sourdough and artisan baking, this academy is absolutely worth it!

This community has become my go to place for everything Sourdough and bread baking I am a better baker because of this wonderful community. I highly recommend this space if you are looking to bake better bread and have a wonderful community support system.
Each week, members are provided an outstanding recipe that is used to take part in a group bake on Saturday. During the week, founder Henry Hunter offers instruction to help ensure success for each participant. The real magic happens the day of the bake when bakers of every skill level "gather" in a live chat to share their own progress and to encourage each other. The mood is, light, caring and supportive with members helping each other with questions and offering tips when things aren't working as expected. Its obvious that Henry isn't the only teacher in room! Active participates have developed friendships and they extend a warm welcome to others who join the bake-along - or who choose to bake on a different day. This community of passionate bakers has no boundaries - it extends across multiple time zones age groups and countries.

Henry is wonderful. He really involves all the cooks and give credit where credit is due.I have never experienced such a hands on and interactive leader and mentor.
