I am so glad I was invited into the Crust & Crumb Academy. This community is amazing. I felt at home as soon as I walked through the door. It’s like a big, supportive family. Henry, the content creator is so knowledgeable and attentive. The community includes beginners all the way to very experienced home bakers. The best part is when we all come together for our Saturday bake off. We follow the same recipe but add our own personal twists if desired. A live thread runs throughout the day where we can ask questions, troubleshoot, share encouragement, successes and failures. It such a rewarding day! I have learned so much in barely a month of joining.Never had I imagined such a thing even existed but I’m so glad to be a part of this great big family of learning bakers!

What I like best about Crust and Crumb Academy is the willingness of our Professional Baking Coach who guides us each step of the way. Henry Hunter has a real gift of being able to break down the Science of Baking. I have completed 3 projects each one turned out delicious. These courses are so practical for everyone. The lessons taught so that novices like myself can understand and feel like an expert baker. Henry Hunter will also take the time to ask where we are with the recipes. This helps me a great deal. I’m impressed with Crust and Crumb Academy and look forward to many satisfying recipes shared and made with the support of our community. ♥️

If you're looking for a well-delivered source of bread-baking info This is your place. Everything is laid out in simple-to-follow formats. The details are great and not overwhelming. Going forward, it's going to be my go-to resource and I am pretty picky about my sources. Definitely a 5-star resource!

This course and group have helped me achieve so much with my bread baking skills. I would get impatient when I would make bread and didn't trust the process. With Henry's instructions and telling myself to stick to the process I have found I can make great bread at home. I highly recommend this group because it has something for everyone.

This community is a breath of fresh air. Henry is so obviously an expert in what he does, and the group is filled with so many resources and tools, it's all you could ever want. This is the group you always wished you had but couldn't find.

I love what the Crust + Crumb Academy offers in the way of courses (with tests!) to be able to learn how to make and bake breads + more! Additionally the help that is provided is always available to help one as questions arise. Haven't found anything comparable to this. Within a week of joining Crust & Crumb Academy, I have new knowledge and insight about making bread. The information available can literally take the guesswork out bread making. Detailed courses clearly explain terminology, the chemistry involved in the entire process, variables to consider, how to correct mishaps along the way and so much more material is being added daily. It’s organized very well, so it’s easy to navigate to the materiel you’re looking for.
