After helping more than 500 people streamline their workflows, I’ve developed one core belief: operational chaos create friction which kills progress. So, I make it my mission to destroy it 😜 When I first joined Skool, I absolutely fell in love with the platform. But I quickly noticed a massive problem, one that almost every community owner I spoke to was facing. Juggling 10+ browser tabs, wrestling with messy spreadsheets to track members, losing important DMs, and battling that constant, exhausting feeling of having to always be "on." Basically spending the majority of the time doing busy-work instead of focusing on what actually matters: connecting with people. So, I built Panda. I wanted to bring the power of a professional CRM, a smart Kanban board, and time-saving practices right into the Skool interface. And because my wife happens to be a Risk Manager, we had one absolute non-negotiable from day one: 100% data privacy. No external servers collecting your information. But a great tool is useless without the right systems. That’s why I started the Panda for Skool community. I’m not a "sales guy" pushing a skool extension, because that's just not who I am. I’m a ops guy who wants to be in the trenches with you. I created this space not only to share with you Panda which is a great tool but to bring my operational experience, helping you set the right goals, track the right metrics, and focus only on the tasks that actually move the needle. We highly recommend disabling any other Skool extensions that perform similar functions (like CRM or DM automation) before using Panda. Running them at the same time can cause conflicts and ruin your experience. You don't have to permanently delete them, but toggling them off in your extension settings ensures Panda runs smoothly.
Yes, you can install Panda on as many browsers as you like, and auto-backup will keep your data in sync. Just keep in mind that Panda supports one active session at a time. To ensure your latest changes are backed up and transferred correctly, simply close Panda on your first device before opening it on the next.
No. Panda runs on every Chromium-based browser — Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, Opera, plus most others built on the same engine. Chrome is the only browser we officially support which will guarantee the best experience while using Panda, but in practice if your browser can install Chrome extensions, Panda should work on it.

I’ve only had this tool and community for a short time and the value is tremendous, it’s a total no-brainer. Panda provides everything that Skool is missing natively. Thanks to Panda I’m making more money per month and have more control! The CRM is powerful, the 'Save Post' feature is killer, and the video recording tools feel so good that I use them every day. Plus, being able to save important links in 'Notes' means I can finally say goodbye to having a hundred tabs open. We are seeing results immediately, and the hands-on customer support from Claudio is the best I've ever seen. He is so hands on. You make a request, he'll be honest whether or not he can do it. And I think the best thing about Claudio is he really cares about his members by making sure there is no data saved anywhere but on your drive. Go Panda!
I love love love the financial tab in the plugin. With a quick glance it shows me total gross revenue and net profit (after credit card processing fees and the subscription cost of my Skool community). I was doing some crazy manual math in Google Sheets before this. 😄 Claudio is so helpful and I really enjoy being in the Panda community.
