When I was 26, I was told I didn’t get the promotion I wanted — and that I was unlikely to go much further in my career unless I overcame my fear of public speaking. My boss was right. What I didn’t understand then was why public speaking is one of the most powerful business growth tools there is. So I got the courage to learn how to speak better and it opened up so many opportunities. Now I speak online and on stage around the world and love it.
