Hi, I’m Heidi. I’ve been working in the world of personal growth for over two decades. I spent years being a very functional and capable woman… who was also quietly overriding her own body. When I started learning how the nervous system works and how it had played its part in my stress, and how to listen to my body, my life got so much better. Now my work is about helping other women do the same by learning to work with their nervous system and their bodies, rather than against them.
