I’ve been coding websites since the ‘90s, back when connecting to the internet felt like a thrilling experiment. That early love for tinkering and problem-solving shaped not just my career in software development but also my philosophy on life: start small, learn fast, and iterate with purpose. My journey has taken me through industries like marketing, finance, insurance, and tech, teaching me not just how systems work, but how people think and what motivates them. Along the way, I discovered my passion for empowering others. Whether it was mentoring youth through Hopeworks, guiding developers to exceed their own expectations, or coaching my son through the unique challenges of ADHD, I’ve always been driven by a simple truth: progress is built on tiny, consistent actions. Today, I’m a leader at Crum & Forster, where I oversee multiple initiatives and lead an incredible team of over 25 people. Every day, we deliver results by embracing servant leadership and leading by example. Beyond my day job, I’m pursuing my long-term goal of becoming a motivational speaker and life coach. Through my book, Habit Craft 101, my podcast, Bad Day Excellence, and the systems I’ve spent years refining, I help people move past self-doubt and inaction to build the lives they’ve always imagined. I know what it’s like to feel distracted, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to start. Living with ADHD has taught me to lean into systems and structure—and it’s transformed my life. I’ve lost over 100 pounds, run a marathon, built a successful freelancing business, and grown every day by focusing on just 1% improvement at a time. My mission is to show you that you can do the same. The only failure in life is inaction. Whether you’re working toward personal growth, professional success, or simply trying to figure out where to start, I’m here to help you take that first step. Together, we’ll build the confidence, competence, and consistency that will take you from “What if it doesn’t work?” to “What if it does?”
