Mind = Absolutely Blown 🤯

I saw your Instagram ad for this a few hours ago and immediately got curious because I’ve been searching for a way to automate outreach to churned, canceled, and declined members.

Then I went to your About page on Skool.

The second testimonial video alone sold me.

At first, I thought I was just getting a churn-recovery tool… but after going through the Skoot 101 training, I am genuinely blown away by what you’ve built.

This is not just a tool. This is a complete operating system.

Every single question I had was answered before I even got on my onboarding call. The level of detail in the training, SOPs, screenshots, workflows, and explanations is honestly insane.

Everything is so easy to follow and so thoughtfully built. If you can read, you can succeed with this. I was literally sitting there going through the course in tears of joy because this solved problems I have been praying to God for solutions to.

In the past three hours, I have literally already built and implemented everything from your 101 lesson.

I was about to have one of my assistants manually handle a lot of this work, which honestly would have been such a waste of their talent. This completely changes the game for us.

And the crazy part? I haven’t even finished the GoHighLevel integration section yet because my brain is absolutely fried from how much value is packed into this thing. I had to pause and come back tomorrow.

Seriously… thank you.

Thank you for making this affordable. Thank you for making it user-friendly. Thank you for building something that actually WORKS. Thank you for caring about the customer experience enough to create world-class SOPs and onboarding.

Any Skool owner who is serious about serving their community well AND growing sustainably needs this product.

I’m honestly still mind-boggled. Absolute 10/10.

Skoot is a non-negotiable for all of our communities

Skoot makes community management and upsells a breeze I don’t know how I use to run communities with out this. They’ve allowed me to scale my communities greatly. Garrett is incredibly helpful and an absolute legend. He is there when you need him and so reliable. I’ve made Skoot a non-negotiable for all of our communities and it’s part of our new on-boarding process. Appreciate you.

I really like the ability to tag people, and it's working really well for us.

I really like the ability to tag people, and it's working really well for us. I also really like the reminders. One thing I would love it to do is send a message to people as they become level 2 or level 3, as they ascend in Skool. If it could automate a message to send to them to congratulate them on moving up, I think that would be really cool.

Makes Free Skool Groups Easy To Monetize.

Everyone that joins gets auto DMed then there is a drip sequence as well. I can also set up triggers so when I make a post comment the keyword. Those automations fire off. Makes free Skool groups easy to monetize.

BEFORE:
no way to manage Skool leads in clean, simple way
AFTER:
Can now tag and manage all leads simply. Making it easier to make lots of money fast!

I have been using Skoot for 1 month, and as a result I have had a record month...

I have been using Skoot for 1 month, and as a result I have had a record month with my Skool community.

Under "Usage" I can see that it's saved me 12 hours, and has sent 544 DMs on my behalf!!

One of the biggest bottlenecks of my business was the time spent sending follow up DMs, but now Skoot takes care of that for me, and is getting calls booked whilst I sleep.

I've had members who have been in my community for months book calls from follow up sequences that have been sent.

In my opinion this negates the need for DM setters or community managers as it does all the work for you.

I could write an essay on all of the other amazing function that it has, from reminders to tags and visual sales pipelines, but I'll leave it there!

If you have a community that is growing then Skoot will take you to that next level.

Skoot is literal MAGIC!Video

Who are you and why did you join Skoot CRM?

My name is Marco and I joined Skoot because Skool was straight-up slacking on so many features that were preventing me from helping my members do the thing that they joined my community to do.

What's it actually been like being a member?

I absolutely love Skoot. I've messaged before that Skool feels legitimately handicapped without Skoot. I'm actually surprised that Skool doesn't have a lot of the features that Skoot has native to Skool. Being a part of the community is really really helpful because I get to see how other people are using Skoot as well as kind of share some of the ways that I'm using it. Garrett, the owner, is just phenomenal. It actually feels like I'm there talking with him even though I know a lot of the stuff is automation. It really feels like we are building something together as opposed to me just using somebody's product.

Who would benefit most from this, and who wouldn't?

I would say anybody that eventually wants to have a successful Skool should be using this program. Don't use it if you don't want to have a successful Skool, straight up. Even if you only have 10 members, the ability to add timelines, tags, to add notes to each of these members that you have, I can't explain the value of it. Now, if you want to grow your community larger than 10 people, this is a no-brainer. Literally a no-brainer. It just opens up in the sidebar. You can add tags. You click and drag and drop. There's a bunch of cool Easter eggs, which I'm a big fan of. And yeah, anybody that wants to have a successful Skool needs this 100%.

Absolutely love the tags feature - I wouldn't be able to run my community...

Absolutely love the tags feature - I wouldn't be able to run my community without it. I can separate out clients, leads, connections, etc just with a click of a button! I also love the notes feature - I'm able to add a note to keep things super organized and fast. It helps me stay connected to my community members when I can quickly see what tag they have, what notes I wrote, and set a task in skoot to remind me to follow up. There are many more features I love as well but this one is what keeps me going each day!

Skoot didn't just meet the bar.

Skoot didn't just meet the bar. It changed what's possible for us.

I've spent three years building a Facebook group with 100K+ members and now lead a fast-growing Skool community for women entrepreneurs. So I came into Skoot CRM knowing exactly what community building requires, and where most tools fall short.

Onboarding new members used to be one of our biggest bottlenecks. Manual welcome DMs, follow-ups, retention messages, all of it eating hours we didn't have and most message never got to our members. Now it's seamless. Welcome sequences run automatically. Follow-ups land at exactly the right moment. Cancellation and churn DMs trigger instantly so we can save members who would've quietly disappeared. Retention is up. Engagement is up. And the way members get connected inside our community, to each other, to the content, to the value we deliver, is on a completely different level. The reviews coming in from our members tell the whole story.

The tool itself is incredible, but what really sets Skoot apart is Garrett, the founder. He's unbelievably attentive. He answers DMs personally. He listens to feedback. He onboards new users and ships improvements constantly based on what Skool community owners actually need. That kind of responsiveness is rare in any SaaS, let alone one growing this fast.

If you're running a Skool community, you already know the bottleneck is DMs and follow-up. Skoot fixes it. I recommend it to every single Skool community builder out there, no exceptions. It is a non-negotiable if you are on Skool.

If you run a Skool you NEED Skoot CRM!Video

Who are you and why did you join Skoot CRM?

Hey friends, my name is Matt, and I'm here to talk to you guys about Skoot. The reason why I think my opinion might be a little interesting is because I helped build monday.com. I was one of the first employees out of the U.S., and monday.com is a very well-regarded CRM in the market. When I left that company, we were at about 3,800 people all across the world. Now, building a Skool community has its own unique challenges. It's an awesome platform, but there are a lot of things that could be done better, easier, simpler, and in order to keep the platform super simple, they've done a great job of doing that. But a lot of the missing gaps that make running a business so challenging, Skoot actually solves. Being able to have slash commands and throw in auto DMs, be able to reach out to churned people, there's just so many different aspects of what Skoot does that nothing else on the market does, and if they do, they don't necessarily do it as well. So I absolutely love Skoot for that reason, and I joined because I wanted to make the process of growing a community that much simpler and easier.

What's it actually been like being a member?

So, being a member from the Skoot side of things and seeing how Skoot is run has been awesome. There are so many great wins and examples that people are sharing that help inspire me to actually go and use Skoot differently. So, that's a lot of fun to see those in the community. And of course, Garrett and the team are doing Skoot news, which is great to stay updated on all of the different ways that Skoot is being utilized. So, it's been great. Obviously, I've joined for the technology, but I've really found there to be a lot of value in the community itself because of all the examples and wins that people are sharing that help teach me how to use Skoot better. So, yeah, I love being a member. It's a nice, chill community, and I find myself coming back every day because Skoot's just such a valuable part of growing our business.

Who would benefit most from this, and who wouldn't?

Well, if you are running a Skool community and you're serious about growing it as a business or it's something that you're very passionate about and you are not using Skoot, I would say that you are a little crazy. Maybe you don't know about it. Maybe you're not sure about it. Hopefully something like this will help. But I highly recommend that you guys go ahead and check out Skoot and really sign up for the trial and see if it's worthwhile. Who wouldn't benefit from Skoot? Well, if you're not running a Skool community, you're definitely not a good fit. But maybe you're not running a Skool community as a serious business or something that you really want to grow in your hobby. And so, yeah, I don't think Skoot would be a great fit for you because maybe you're just trying to keep things super easy and non-technical. But if it is your desire to grow on Skool, there really is no better way for you to do so than to incorporate Skoot into the customer journey or member journey and utilize it to make things simple, fast and easy for you. So, yeah, if you've got a Skool community, you've got to have Skoot.
