I joined The Five Minute Investor because I wanted a simple, structured way to learn investing without it taking over my day. Since joining, my confidence has grown and I now feel I have a clear process to follow rather than guessing what to do. The Premium level also gives access to David and Beverley’s time, and they are incredibly generous with it. Being able to ask questions, sense-check ideas, and review trades through paper trading has helped me make much faster progress. Practical investment strategies that work.
I’ll be the first to admit that when it came to investing, I made more than my fair share of mistakes. If there was a new opportunity—crypto, property, stocks, wine, whisky—you name it, I probably invested in it. Too often, the result was disappointment rather than growth. That all changed when I came across David and Beverley’s Five Minute Investor training. What sets their approach apart is its clarity and practicality. In a short space of time, they helped me understand a straightforward strategy that focuses on steady, structured growth rather than chasing the next big thing. Advice related to investing and living our lives generally gravitates towards doing the hard work now, to spend as little as possible, to focus on earning and investing as much as possible, live frugally, and enjoy early retirement. Beverley and David are the living proof that it doesn't have to be like that, they have opened my eyes in many different ways with The Five Minute Method. Without having to be on top of everything you are investing in, you can expand your income and learn the skills you just need to repeat it every single day, only 5 minutes at a time! It's not just the advice and support that makes this a super valuable and interesting space to be part of, it's also really great getting to know two amazing people who are just like you and me and don't want you to feel like any less, they will make sure of that! David - Ex-Accountant sold his practice to concentrate on a property portfolio. Sold property portfolio to concentrate on retiring to France (at 56) and investments. Beverley - Ex-lecturer to concentrate on property portfolio, then retired to France at 53 Investments are less stressful and take less time - just five minutes a day - than anything else. David has now discovered fly fishing, and Beverley loves watercolour. They both plan to travel Europe with a rod and a paintbrush

Just reflecting on the last few weeks and what seems to be moving me forward and thought sharing might help others in the community:
1) Setting aside an hour a day - I’ve scheduled this and sticking to it has been transformative. These hours are sometimes while I go for a run, in gym, walk or trading after work when the alarms go off.
2) I’ve watched the training and some several times - each time I hear something I missed the precious times.
3) Paper trading every signal has just boosted my confidence with strategies but also building the repetitive habits and familiarity with TradingView and Interactive Brokers - I am getting quicker, accurate and more able to see errors and self correct.
4) I’ve watched all the coaching calls - listening has helped with the language, reinforcement and answers questions I have too.
5) The 90 day planning is golden - clarity and focus is power - goals are achieved one small step at a time.
6) Back testing has helped so much - confidence with preferred funds and strategies - I now know what is likely to give me the results I’m looking for.
7) Interactive Brokers is a bit daunting - aside from trading all signals in the paper account, I watched the IBKR training on their website and it has demystified the platform a bit more adding to my confidence.
8) Filling out the tracking sheet - this made a big difference to getting familiar with funds, premiums, returns, narrowing down to what fits my objectives.
9) So like how David and Beverley share their wisdom - done in a very accessible caring kind way.

I knew David and the extent of his knowledge for almost 5 years beforehand, and I am so glad he decided to create this course. He is one of the best teachers I know, same goes for Beverley, and their joined experience with money, with life, and with planning is included in The Five Minute Investor. I have been on trading courses before, traded for years in small amounts, but this is a game changing experience. Starting with a basic strategy was so easy, with all the tools needed explained, no extra charges or fees, everything I needed was included... then the Financial Independence calculator blew my mind... I had no idea how quickly I could make such a big difference to my life, and to my husband's too, as it really does take 5 mins per day once you're all set up. Now if we wanted to, and we want to, we could both stop working in 3 years with these strategies and we are both in our early 40s! I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't done myself, as I'm sure many others won't, and I will say to you all go to the course, do the work on all the free resources and your mind will be blown just like mine. I got the cost of the course back within 3 months, and I have multiple strategies now to learn and practice, that will serve me and my family for decades. For me the priorities were: the weekly coaching sessions (being a coach myself and knowing it's very effective), security for me and my family, and the freedom of my own choices for the rest of my life. David and Beverley gave me all that, and now keep me on track by offering 90 Day Planning every quarter, which I find invaluable. I use the tools from 5 Minute Investor in others aspects of my life, introduce relatives to it, and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to become an investor, or to find a passive income, or to retire early, or just to secure all they have and keep it safe and growing, or all the above. I have been struggling to master an alternative financial training course and getting nowhere.
However I have now switched to The Five Minute Investor and everything has changed, mainly because of the personal attention I have been getting from David and Beverley.
I have been on lots of training courses in my time but have never received the attention to detail that I am witnessing. I would recommend this course to anyone young or old wanting to invest in the Stock Market and not knowing where to start.
