There are lots of great things here.
There are lots of great things here. The site presents itself in an easy to navigate, organized way. The people are supportive and friendly. And Michael Rizt is awesome! He stays with me from start to finish, giving me his insight as I report my progress. He is right on top of things so that I get feedback soon after my reports. His videos are clear so there's no guessing if you're doing it right. And the videos progress like a flow. I'm looking forward to getting better!

I feel so much better!
Expanding Capacity has been such a blessing in my healing journey. Just being able to move more freely without pain has been amazing! Michael and the whole Expanding Capacity team are fantastic and they genuinely care about their members! Actually unlocking my body finally!
I have always had the idea that to get more flexible I needed to push myself past my limits all the time. Since joining Expanding Capacity, I have had my whole mindset about flexibility and mobility shifted. I learned that it's not about pushing yourself, but more about guiding yourself and letting the body adapt overtime. The mindset shift alone has greatly improved my approach, and the actual program has given life back to my hips! Excited to get on Shakira's level soon!
