I had a one on one session with EFIA. I was looking for someone who would explain how Etsy works, from scratch and she did just that. She was always early for our meetings, patiently listened to my questions and answered them all. EFIA would literally hold your hand , one step at a time, till you understand how this works. She is super amazing
