The experiences and stories of Rasheed Hooda are priceless.
The experiences and stories of Rasheed Hooda are priceless. Years ago, a supervisor called me a cranky cynic, because when he showed me something that was the latest fix that would solve all our problems, I would look at him, and say, "Yeah whatever." The person who called me Cranky Cynic thought he was funny, but I am the one laughing at him. My definition of the Cranky Cynic is very much synonymous to Rasheed Hooda's definition of a Weirdo. The Embrace Your Inner Weirdo community, looks cool to me! I've always challenged the status quo, wanting to scream at people who used phrases like "that's the way we've always done it." Rasheed Hooda's encourages critical thinking and an open mind.

real Community
It's a real Community (not just a sales lounge some 'community' can be). Warm. Interesting mix of people.

After interviewing Rasheed I discovered his community on Skool
After interviewing Rasheed I discovered his community on Skool - he is personally an amazing and interesting human being. He has truly embraced the concept of enjoying the experience. The community is a space where we are encouraged to do that too - a space for setting goals/aspirations and then exploring becoming... Rasheed creates a space for real transformation, helping people challenge old paradigms, reinvent themselves, and design a life that feels aligned with who they truly are. What I appreciate most is that the focus isn't on hustling harder or grinding longer. It's about creating freedom through awareness, intentional choices, and a willingness to see life differently and embrace your inner weirdo If you're looking for support, fresh perspectives, and a community that encourages you to live life on your terms, you'll find it here.

I really appreciate how Kathy's community is more than 'typical fitness'.
I really appreciate how Kathy's community is more than 'typical fitness'. She helps you look at your mindset, understand your patterns, and make small changes so they are easier to implement ongoing, so you build fitness over time. I would really recommend this for people fed up of the 'hustle vibe' in fitness, and looking for something more supportive and judgement free
