As a member of this community I have been challenged to think differently about what it means to be authentically me. To embrace the parts of who I am that others see as weird and instead see them as strengths to be embraced. I have been a member of this community for only a few months but have found it to be a welcoming community and I believe that Rasheed is a kind and caring person who truly wants to help others become the best version of themselves. I would highly encourage others to join the community!

Rasheed Hooda has a lot of life wisdom and always shares it in a thoughtful and often hilarious way. If you get the get the opportunity to talk with him definitely take it! He helped me see that I was limiting myself by ignoring innate passion mine. Definitely a community worth engaging with!

I really enjoy being part of Matt’s community.
I really enjoy being part of Matt’s community. You can tell he truly cares about us. He shows up consistently, checks in often, and makes sure everyone feels seen and supported. He creates space for real, thoughtful conversations, not just surface-level posts. And what stands out is how knowledgeable he is while still being approachable and genuine. There’s a lot of value in what he shares, but it always comes from a place of wanting to help. It’s a great space to be in, and I’m grateful to be part of it.

An excellent investment of time
I have been in several Mens groups in my time and I have always been drawn to authenticity and men being REAL. By that I mean, saying exactly what is going on with you, even if it is negative. Matt keeps it real. I read some of his posts and they just resonated with me, so I joined his group. From there we connected 1:1 and I'm very glad to have him as part of my journey. He provides support where necessary but will also give it to you straight. This community will be a part of my journey for a long time to come. So if you are looking for a place to invest some time and have it well spent, you have arrived.
