I have been in several Mens groups in my time and I have always been drawn to authenticity and men being REAL. By that I mean, saying exactly what is going on with you, even if it is negative. Matt keeps it real. I read some of his posts and they just resonated with me, so I joined his group. From there we connected 1:1 and I'm very glad to have him as part of my journey. He provides support where necessary but will also give it to you straight. This community will be a part of my journey for a long time to come.
