I had this shoulder/neck pain for months.
I had this shoulder/neck pain for months. When I turn my head to the left it was really painful. I had tried different stretching and neck exercises and nothing worked. When I go to cross the street and look left I had to move my whole head/shoulders together to avoid the pain. Then I joined the group. There were some recently recorded videos about activating my butt. I did the first one a few times over two days. Simple enough. They are short and easy. Thought nothing of it. Then 2 days after joining I woke up and went to just naturally move my head to the left to look at something. No pain. That took a few seconds for my brain to register. I suddenly thought "wait a minute..." I turned my head back to the centre and did it again. There was no pain activated by that movement. I was shocked 😲 I can still feel some tightness in my shoulder that I want to learn how to release but I am so relieved to be free from that pain. I have read some great comments and testimonials inside the group area about Michael and even though I had no clue who he was a few days ago I would 100% recommend him and his techniques today.

I am singing Mike’s praises today.
I am singing Mike’s praises today. I first heard Mike talk about Expanding Capacity before he won the Skool Games, and I bought in mostly because I could hear his passion. At almost 70, my capacity has not exactly felt expanded. I favor my right knee when I work around the homestead, and I have mostly looked at it as osteoarthritis that comes with age. Many of my friends, even some younger than me, are already getting new knees. For me, that would be my very last choice. I have leaned heavily on herbs, staying active, and self-care as I age, although I also understand that if pain keeps increasing, there may come a time when I must consider medical support. I have been present at Mike’s lives and followed a few mobility videos since joining the community. Like I told him, some of the movements seemed almost too simple to be useful, and I also had some fear that I might make my knee worse. So to say the least, I was a bit reluctant. Today I had my first assessment with Mike. He was patient through the whole thing, not only with the assessment itself, but also with the number of questions I had afterward. After the assessment, my muscles felt a little tighter, and I almost told myself I should just rest and let my knee and muscles recover. Instead, I worked outside about 6 hours today, stronger than I have in years. By stronger, I mean more stable. I squatted when I needed to, dug a new walkway, and strung tomato plants. After running through just a few assessments with Mike for my feet, midsection, and neck, my body felt straighter and more balanced, and I was more confident as I moved through the day. I am sold. Mike takes the time. He clearly enjoys what he does, and he truly enjoys helping people. I know “miraculous” is a strong word, but today it felt very close to that for me.

There are lots of great things here.
There are lots of great things here. The site presents itself in an easy to navigate, organized way. The people are supportive and friendly. And Michael Rizt is awesome! He stays with me from start to finish, giving me his insight as I report my progress. He is right on top of things so that I get feedback soon after my reports. His videos are clear so there's no guessing if you're doing it right. And the videos progress like a flow. I'm looking forward to getting better!

I have been lost for too long and Invisible Warriors shined a light
I have been lost for too long! Invisible Warriors welcomes me! I have learned so much in just a short time. I don’t know the ladies in the group very well yet as I’m new. But, THEY ARE ALL WARRIORS in their own unique way and I’m so grateful to be a part of it!
