Helps Keep me Focused & Accountable
This is a great community for ADHD Founders. I love the 'Eat That Frog' Sessions where I can show up to work with others, commit to getting something done, and celebrate actually doing the thing I wouldn't probably have done without this community. Bill and Rex are AMAZING! Highly recommended.

Where ADHD Entrepreneurs Actually Build
I joined Focus Founders because I didn’t need more advice—I needed traction and a community that understands how ADHD actually shows up for those of us trying to launch our own businesses. What I found was a group culture that’s generous, direct in a helpful way, and genuinely invested in boosting each other up. The tone is "online family," and the occasional (constructive) competition made it super-easy to show up consistently. I have made more progress toward escaping my 9-5 in the three months since I joined than I did in the previous fifteen years of struggling alone. If you’re an ADHD entrepreneur who wants support that turns into action and a room that feels like real humans supporting one another, then Focus Founders is worth a look.

If you want to be a Jedi Master, Matt is the Yoda you’ve been looking for.
I met Matt in an ADHD support group, and we bonded over our shared neurodivergence. I have become really fascinated by all the woo stuff over the last few years so when Matt invited me over to his intuition group I said yes. Matt is a funny dude who approaches the "woo woo" like it’s science. He teaches intuition as a structured system, not just magic vibes. I’ve done workshops with him—including kinesiology tests where we made choices we couldn't even see—and it really works. He helps you dig out the intuition buried under years of trauma and "survival mode" bs. But he does it with so much humor that you can actually laugh at the heavy stuff, forgive yourself, and finally let it go. I feel like I have a genuine friend here who appreciates my logical AI brain just as much as I appreciate his intuitive gifts. Suspend your belief for one minute and go back to being a kid when you dreamed of being a Jedi Master. Take a chance. If anyone can "Yoda" you into being one with the Force, Matt can.

Trusting yourself "woo" or not
Matt (community owner) is an AMAZING (capitalize for emphasis not yelling) human being. He is super authentic and shares about his journey and ADHD which instantly drew me. Society has such a great way of making you doubt yourself. So many lived experiences that are shared and teach you to not trust yourself. Matt's group helps break that. Matt helps you learn through little tips and tricks how to get better at reconnecting with yourself and relearning to trust the weird feeling, the bad vibe, the inner voice .etc. But also to trust when you get good vibes even if you don't know why, or the fleeting moments of excitement that let you know that action is the right "path" so to speak. Also Matt is someone I would consider a friend so if you see us being cheeky and "mean" to one another I promise you it is not. He calls me out on my BS and helps remind me I am a badass. But yeah since getting to know him and interact with him, I have truly started to let my guard down of me to my inner gut check. Cause I didn't realize how truly externally conditioned I was.
