Matt (community owner) is an AMAZING (capitalize for emphasis not yelling) human being. He is super authentic and shares about his journey and ADHD which instantly drew me. Society has such a great way of making you doubt yourself. So many lived experiences that are shared and teach you to not trust yourself. Matt's group helps break that. Matt helps you learn through little tips and tricks how to get better at reconnecting with yourself and relearning to trust the weird feeling, the bad vibe, the inner voice .etc. But also to trust when you get good vibes even if you don't know why, or the fleeting moments of excitement that let you know that action is the right "path" so to speak. Also Matt is someone I would consider a friend so if you see us being cheeky and "mean" to one another I promise you it is not. He calls me out on my BS and helps remind me I am a badass. But yeah since getting to know him and interact with him, I have truly started to let my guard down of me to my inner gut check. Cause I didn't realize how truly externally conditioned I was.
As someone who is incredibly bendy and recently coming out of having a baby and trying to get their life back together; Kat's community is AMAZING!! I am not a gym goer. I am a I want to be healthy but can't stand being looked at type of gym creature. Meaning I do my stuff in the comfort of my home. And Kat's community can be done that way. I also hate most gym clothes so it is nice to not be alone in that. Also the green tea chats are so fun. My kids love it too and ask to see Kat all the time. Kat is so dope and down to earth that I actually traveled over 5 hours to spend time with her. And it was Soo fun. She is a blast. I am sad she is moving further away so no more spontaneous weekend trips. But back to the fitness part. Kat has been so amazing at helping me get more confident with doing exercises and their forms. (When you are super bendy it is really easy to do things the wrong way) She is even doing extra research to help me out. (Yes I do PT but it is called at 20 visits a year and that is not enough) 10/10 recommend. Everyone in the group is sooo nice.
Angela is a fantastic person who shares her experience and knowledge so freely. But what I love the most is that she is kindly blunt. She even wrote a book that I immediately pre-ordered because I like her no BS approach. I even have the immense honor of getting to meet her in person to talk about Skool and just get to vibe. She will tell you like it is and answer your questions. She will validate you and push you. Her journal prompts are fantastic and she holds you accountable to implement and not just write and call to a day.
Evelyn is the real deal! I have been following her for years and joined skool because of her. She pitched competing in the Skool games but with a low ticket offer which was completely contrary to how others were playing at the time. Evelyn has always been so giving and transparent by giving you behind the scenes all the time. She talks through her process and gives you things she uses on the regular. She has support options in which you can get her legitimate eyes on your business. Her programs are wonderful and she is a sharer. She even has a separate community to house all the skool materials she has made over her time here and summarizes her experience to help others get a leg up. Her traffic challenge and accountability with it is fantastic and it is truly making a difference for those who follow through. I am so blessed to be grandfathered in with her original offer. However I would not hesitate to rejoin at her current pricing because the value is beyond there.
I love(d) journalling and was so uber consistent for years and then I had kids... My youngest and last is now a whopping 10 months and I still haven't been consistent. However it has been more consistent than it was all thanks to Tamara's group and the prompts. The daily prompts (for premium members) have been fun, low pressure but still deep and eye opening. So fun in fact that I actually traveled to go meet Tamara in person with my youngest so she could meet the trouble maker keeping me tired. She was super lovely in person and we have plans to do that again. Especially if she ends up in my neck of the woods. And I can share when I want as much or as little without pressure. Plus using gifs in the community is fun too.
