Olá, eu sou Roberta, eu moro em Guarulhos, São Paulo. Eu me juntei à equipe de dor e recuperação porque acredito que compartilhar minha experiência pode ajudar outras pessoas que possam estar passando pelos mesmos desafios ou semelhanças ao meu e quero aprender, trocar experiências e contribuir para que mais pessoas encontrem qualidade de vida. e tem sido uma experiência profundamente transformadora. Ao longo desses dois anos de tratamento que eu tenho realizado com a Andrea, percebi que a jornada não envolve apenas cuidar da saúde física, ela me levou a olhar para dentro, quebrar crenças limitantes e repensar muitos aspectos da minha vida. Passei a valorizar mais os relacionamentos, especialmente com meu marido e minha família, fortalecendo laços e enxergando a importância do apoio e do amor nos momentos mais desafiadores. Também ressignifiquei minha relação com o trabalho, com a saúde e comigo mesma, que antes que eu apenas via como uma dificuldade, acabou se transformando em uma oportunidade de crescimento, aprendizado e autoconhecimento. Hoje, apesar dos desafios que ainda continuam, sinto que me tornei uma pessoa mais consciente, resiliente e grata. Essa experiência tem me ensinado que a recuperação vai muito além do corpo, ela também acontece na mente, nas emoções e na forma como escolhemos viver a cada dia. E pela minha experiência, se beneficiaria mais quem está aberto a enxergar a jornada além da doença ou da dor. Quando permitimos que a experiência nos ensine algo, começamos a perceber as mudanças, não só na saúde, mas também na forma de lidar com a vida, os relacionamentos e os desafios. Por outro lado, quem espera uma solução imediata ou não está disposto a se envolver no processo, talvez tenha mais dificuldade de perceber os benefícios. A transformação acontece de forma gradual e cada pessoa tem o seu próprio tempo e o próprio caminho. Então, esteja aberto para receber, para você sentir os efeitos de forma mais rápida. E se você não está aberto, não faça.

Pleasure Wire is such a thoughtfully designed and empowering platform for women. As an active member, I’m still learning and soaking up the information, and there is truly so much value packed into the space. The platform offers certified coaching, engaging classes, 1:1 support, and flexible membership options, including a free version that makes it accessible for women wherever they are in their journey. The guided videos and exercises are structured in a way that encourages growth, and the private community creates a safe place for open conversation and connection. I especially appreciate that even the spirit-free cocktail recipes are created with intention, designed to support hormones and overall wellness. It’s clear this isn’t just content, it’s purpose-driven and holistic. Pleasure Wire is a well-rounded space for women seeking education, empowerment, and meaningful community.

Life Changing - Exactly What I Needed

I’ve only recently joined this community and it’s already life changing for me. The creator of this community, Lindsey, is amazing. She’s a beautiful person looking to help improve the lives of women who are suffering from hormone imbalances and health challenges, just like me. I’ve been suffering from PMDD for over a year now. I looked up “PMDD” on YouTube one day while feeling so hopeless and lost. I stumbled upon a video by Lindsey and it felt like she spoke directly to me. I felt so seen and understood. I commented on her video and from there she helped me join this wonderful community. It feels like divine timing. I’m so thankful. I am getting the help I need and I get to be surrounded by incredible women who get me. If you are a woman who is feeling lost, suffering, and/or feel like you don’t know who to talk to, this is the community for you. There’s so much helpful information and care/guidance with Lindsey. Highly recommend. No more suffering in silence ladies, you deserve so much more.
