ByeBye VidCamera Shy Challenge

Video review of ByeBye VidCamera Shy Challenge

Hello, I am Coach Big Boy, and I joined the Bye Bye Video Camera Shy Challenge because I have so many little baby criticisms of myself that I really genuinely am having still a hard time right now getting past, but the fact that I am making this a video review instead of a typing review is a testament to how good of a job Tracy has done and made it okay, because so what if I don't like that my hair is doing weird stuff and I don't like the lines here, so what? It doesn't matter because when you have an actual important message to send, you can get over yourself and send it and say it and help other people by sharing your message and using your voice. So I joined it to get over myself, essentially, and it's still a work in progress. But here I am, recording a video review. So excited to get better on camera and step into being more comfortable knowing where to look and getting a better lighting situation, getting a better computer angle, getting a better sound system so that re-listening to myself doesn't sound so cringey. Oh, don't like my hair that way, but ugh. I mean, it's okay to want to look good on camera, but it's also okay to look like shit and say it anyway. So, thanks Tracy, I highly recommend people telling me to wrap up, of course I take too long. Anyway, highly recommend Tracy, it's been life changing. What it's actually been like being a member was extremely personable and loving. There was no judgment. There was only support and only acceptance of who we are and what we're willing to do and it was nice to be able to spend time every day, even just a little bit of time, with people that really want to see you succeed. Who would benefit most from this? Is anybody that is looking to get more comfortable on camera? Anybody that has insecurities that is looking to get over them? And who wouldn't benefit from this would be somebody, I guess, that's just already mastered it and thinks they know everything. So anybody that is just already completely comfortable and has no issues with being on camera probably doesn't need this group because they will maybe make the other members feel uncomfortable, but even that would be a level up for anybody. So I don't know. I think most people could benefit from this because everybody can use being challenged once in a while and doing anything with consistency will only improve your ability to show up, to deliver, and to push yourself beyond what you think you're capable of.
