I wish I found Henry Hunter and the Crust and Crumb Academy earlier in my sourdough journey! This is a wonderful platform filled with so much information! Henry is always available, very knowledgeable, and helpful, as are many of the members. I like the constructive criticism when I ask—it’s not just a fanfare—it’s education.
