So thankful I found one of Henry Hunter's videos on YouTube! Henry not only is an accomplished, consummate baker, but he understands the science behind baking bread! I didn't know this kind of site existed! This site has everything anyone who wants to bake any kind of bread will need; whether you're a beginner, an intermediate, or an advanced baker. About a month ago, I'd joined another Sourdough Bread baking site, a paid site, and Crust and Crumb Academy's site is FAR, FAR superior to the other one! AND THIS SITE IS 100% FREE!!!😁😁 Yes, it truly is! As I looked around on the site, I kept waiting for the "pay this much to go to the next level pop-up,"🥴 but it never came.😂 In addition to the Classroom lessons, the Community that provides support that bakers give each other - Henry Hunter has added a personal touch by reaching out to members like me, answering our many questions, offering genuine help and bread-success-changing suggestions, and literally COACHING the members toward greatness in baking bread!!! Sounds too good to be true, I know...but it IS TRUE!!! Truly, Henry has a servant's heart (a rare attribute in today's world of "influencer competition"). He honestly wants to make each one of us the best baker we can be. He's not in it for himself. I recognize that he has a gift that is above and beyond average, one I believe came from Above through Herr Sherman in Germany, many years ago. Because of his tangibly expressed and sincere care for the Crust and Crumb Academy community, that genuine care has trickled down to the community members, who are supportive, encouraging, helpful, transparent about successes and failures, and truly WANT to see ALL of us be successful! So, SO thankful I signed up!!! Telling EVERYBODY I know who wants to bake their own bread!😁😁
