I was the girl closing down the bar, chain smoking & ordering greasy food at 2am. Fitness coach? Not even close. I was exhausted, inflamed, overweight, & had zero confidence. As someone who is incredibly bendy and recently coming out of having a baby and trying to get their life back together; Kat's community is AMAZING!!
I am not a gym goer. I am a I want to be healthy but can't stand being looked at type of gym creature. Meaning I do my stuff in the comfort of my home. And Kat's community can be done that way. I also hate most gym clothes so it is nice to not be alone in that.
Also the green tea chats are so fun. My kids love it too and ask to see Kat all the time. Kat is so dope and down to earth that I actually traveled over 5 hours to spend time with her. And it was Soo fun. She is a blast. I am sad she is moving further away so no more spontaneous weekend trips.
But back to the fitness part. Kat has been so amazing at helping me get more confident with doing exercises and their forms. (When you are super bendy it is really easy to do things the wrong way) She is even doing extra research to help me out. (Yes I do PT but it is called at 20 visits a year and that is not enough)
10/10 recommend. Everyone in the group is sooo nice.
